Reconditioning
Brake

The reconditioning of clutches and brakes unites the two operations due to the fact that the reconditioning process is based on the same operations, turning and rectifying the contact surfaces and replacing the friction material by riveting or gluing.

I will make a short parenthesis about clutches because they attract most soap operas.

A perfectly reconditioned clutch means a clutch with perfectly straight contact surfaces, i.e. flywheel and pressure plate, and a clutch disc or two as the case may be, with the correct thickness and top-quality friction material, nothing more or less.

Maybe you have heard and want to strengthen the pressure plate, in this case, I can’t help you but I can share my opinion about this operation.

From my point of view, strengthening the pressure plate can only be achieved by replacing the sun, the spring. Everything I’ve heard about strengthening the pressure plates translates in my mind to having a clutch disc with the correct thickness, that is, at the upper limit of the clutch, where the sun (spring) is most tense and creates the greatest pressing force.

We have extremely good feedback from customers, that is, for ten years until now, only two clutch discs have returned, one from a SUZUKI VITARA with a snow plow and the second one I don’t know anymore! None of the customers wanted a warranty, on the contrary, they were very satisfied because they changed three clutches a year.
Due to this trust in our works gained through many years of work and experience (all the years, as I don’t know how else to do), we offer a three-year guarantee for the reconditioning of clutches, regardless of the regime of use, personal, racing, drift, industrial, agro, space shuttles, etc.

The friction material used is dedicated to heavy-duty use, please do not try to damage it intentionally, you will damage your car.
